近年来医生辞职、转行、经商等现象屡见不鲜,就从丁香园的员工组成来看,具有医学背景或从临床一线转行过来的员工就占员工总量的近1/3,且有日益攀升之趋势。在丁香园的调查中发现,即使当下还在医疗机构从医的医生,当被问到是否曾有转行的想法时,有81.9%的医生表示肯定;而当被问到若子女或亲属决定从医给出建议时,59%的医生选择了反对,34%保持中立,仅有7%的医生决定支持。医生一向是被社会认为光鲜又受人尊敬的职业,而到今天,为何越来越多的医生想离开这个行业,寻求其他领域的发展?
