目的 :研究大鼠颌下腺雄激素受体 (AR)的存在及其与促性腺激素释放激素受体 (GnRHR)的免疫共定位关系 ,证明颌下腺是雄激素和GnRH的一个靶器官。 方法 :制备大鼠颌下腺石蜡连续切片 ,以免疫组化SABC法分别研究AR和GnRHR的免疫定位。 结果 :大鼠颌下腺浆液性腺泡上皮细胞、颗粒曲管、排泄管及分泌管上皮细胞内有AR免疫反应性物质存在。阳性物质分布于胞质内 ,胞核阴性。邻片双标记染色结果显示 :GnRHR免疫反应性物质也存在于上述细胞内。阳性物质分布在胞质 ,胞核阴性。 结论 :大鼠颌下腺存在AR ,是雄激素的靶器官 ,而且 ,雄激素和GnRH在颌下腺有相同的靶细胞 ,雄激素对颌下腺可能具有潜在的生理调节功能
Objective: To investigate the existence of androgen receptor (AR) in the submandibular gland of rat and its co-localization with gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR), and to prove that the submandibular gland is a target organ of androgen and GnRH. Methods: Serial sections of rat submandibular glandular paraffin were prepared and immunohistochemical SABC method was used to study the immunolocalization of AR and GnRHR respectively. Results: There were AR-reactive substances in the submandibular gland serous acinar epithelial cells, granular tortule, excretory duct and secretory duct epithelial cells. Positive substances distributed in the cytoplasm, the nucleus negative. The adjacent double-labeling staining results showed that: GnRHR immunoreactive substances also exist in the above cells. Positive substances distributed in the cytoplasm, nucleus negative. CONCLUSION: AR is present in the submandibular gland of rats and is the target organ of androgens. Androgen and GnRH have the same target cells in the submandibular gland. Androgens may have potential physiological regulatory functions on the submandibular gland
