为了落实计划生育措施,子宫内避孕器自1957年开始在国内使用,因为子宫内节育器已被认为是简便安全、有效、经济的避孕工具,故目前广泛在国内外使用,为广大群众所欢迎。但是,为了提高避孕效果,减少副作用,我们对取节育花400例,进行使用后的临床观察,总结经验,从而获得更好的避孕效果。取400例节育花中,上环有效期1年取环者1例,1～2年11例,3～4年取出237例,5年以上取出144例(其中包括7～10年19例)。一、一般情况属正常范围1.在400例放环中,月经周期正常58.7％,月经周期延长8.9％,周期缩短32.4％。
