自1983年Warren和Marshall首次从慢性活动性胃炎患者胃幽门部活检中分离出幽门弯曲菌(Campylobacter Pyloridis,简称CP)以来,许多研究表明CP与人类胃炎和消化性溃疡密切相关。我院1990年7月至1991年3月开始对纤维胃镜活检组织进行CP涂片染色和自制尿素酶分解试验的快速诊断,收到满意效果。
Since 1983, Warren and Marshall first isolated Campylobacter Pyloridis (GC) from gastric pylorus biopsies of patients with chronic active gastritis, many studies have shown that CP is closely related to human gastritis and peptic ulcer. Our hospital from July 1990 to March 1991 began fiberoptic biopsy of CP smear staining and homemade urease decomposition test of rapid diagnosis, receive satisfactory results.
