Pendred氏综合征又名耳聋与甲状腺肿综合征,家族性甲状腺肿聋哑综合征;耳聋及非流行性甲状腺肿大综合征。以先天性甲状腺肿合并神经性耳聋为其主要特点。我院收治了一名患者,对其家系作了发病调查,家系调查结果五十一人中发现神经性耳聋患者十七人。其中四人合并甲状腺肿大。仅对其中三名家系成员作了详细的病史询问,体格检查,T_4测定,电测听。现将其中三例报告如下:例1、[病例摘要](家系图中Ⅱ_(10)~-)男,60岁,以血压升高五年,心悸、气短、浮
Pendred’s syndrome, also known as deafness and goiter syndrome, familial goiter deaf and dumb syndrome; deafness and non-epidemic goiter syndrome. Congenital goiter with neurological deafness as its main features. One patient was admitted to our hospital, and his family made a morbidity survey. Among the 51 pedigree findings, 17 were found in patients with neurological deafness. Four of them merged with goiter. Only three of the family members made a detailed medical history inquiry, physical examination, T_4 determination, electrical audiometry.
