静脉滥用安非他明(amphetamine)引起心肌梗塞罕有报告,本文作者报告1例。男性,27岁。在间隔半小时内自行静注安非他明2次(共1.5g)。1小时后觉不适,4小时后发生严重胸痛。胸痛2小时半后入院,心电图示前侧壁心肌梗塞,脑片正常。经静注海洛因5mg,及甲哌氯丙嗪12.5mg,到病房不久就出现心脏停搏,心脏监护仪显示为室颤,经直流电400焦尔除颤成功,随后给予链激酶150万单位。连续24小时心电监护,显示为频发室早,几次自行终止的短阵室速
A rare report of intravenous abuse of amphetamine causing myocardial infarction, the authors report in 1 case. Male, 27 years old. In half an hour intravenous injection of amphetamine 2 times (a total of 1.5g). 1 hour after feeling unwell, severe chest pain after 4 hours.
