高校作为培养高层次人才、创造高水平科研成果、提供高端社会服务的重要基地,其发展水平和办学质量与高校反腐倡廉建设状况密切相关。加强反腐倡廉建设,对于高校的健康发展具有十分重要意义。推进高校反腐倡廉工作需要调动各方面力量,而有效地发挥监督主体的作用,对高校反腐倡廉工作的成效有着十分重要的意义。因而,要从建立有效的监督制度,重大决策必须真正执行民主集中制,切实发挥工会和教代会的监督作用等多方面入手,创造条件引导、保障监督主体进行监督。
Colleges and universities, as an important base for training high-level talents, creating high-level scientific research achievements and providing high-end social services, are closely related to the state of anti-corruption and clean government building in colleges and universities. Strengthening anti-corruption and building a clean government is of great significance to the healthy development of colleges and universities. To promote the work of combating corruption and upholding integrity in colleges and universities needs to mobilize various forces, and effectively giving play to the role of the supervisory body is of great significance to the effectiveness of anti-corruption work in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is necessary to start with the establishment of an effective supervision system, the major decisions that must be made to truly implement democratic centralism, and to give full play to the supervisory role of trade unions and education representatives so as to guide the conditions and supervise the supervisory entities.
