为深入贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于实施全面两孩政策改革完善计划生育管理的决定》和新修订的《人口与计划生育法》宣传工作,国家卫生计生委计划生育基层指导司委托《青春期健康·家庭文化》杂志,出版“全面两孩”增刊。其目的:一是利用故事的形式,讲述“两孩”家庭的幸福生活,传达家庭和谐的理念;二是让该刊的受众群体对我国计划生育新政策有一个深刻的认识,并使受众群体更好地掌握优生优育、妇幼健康、青春期教育、育儿方面的知识,打造健康家庭,助力健康中国建设。
In order to thoroughly implement the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Implementing the Policy of Reforming and Perfecting Family Planning Management in Full Two Children” and the newly revised “Population and Family Planning Law” propaganda work, the Department of Grassroots Supervision of Family Planning of the State Health and Family Planning Commission entrusts “Adolescent Health Family Culture magazine, published ”full two kids“ supplement. Its purpose is to: (1) make use of the story form to tell about the happy life of the ”two children" family and convey the concept of family harmony; (2) let the audience of this issue have a profound understanding of our new family planning policy and Audiences better grasp the prenatal and postnatal care, maternal and child health, adolescent education, childcare knowledge, build a healthy family, and help healthy China.
