近些年来,我国不断加强城市建设的工作,劳动力需求非常巨大,在这种市场需求下,农民工的产生有了条件。不管是经济发达的地区还是比价贫困的区域,想要实现农民的增收转移农村劳动力都是一个行之有效的好方法。将农村多余的劳动力转移到其他需要劳动力的城市,能够有效地让农民增收致富,并填补城市劳动力的不足。为了让农村劳动力顺利转移,提高农民工技能,职业技能培训十分重要。本文结合我国农民工培训的基本现状,分析农民工职业技能培训的意义,提出加强农民工职业技能培训的策略。
In recent years, our country continuously strengthens the city construction work, the labor force demand is very huge, under such market demand, the migrant workers have the condition to produce. Whether it is a economically developed area or a less prosperous area, it is a good way to transfer the rural labor force to increase the incomes of farmers. The transfer of surplus rural labor to other cities in need of labor can effectively increase the incomes of peasants and make them rich, and fill in the shortage of urban labor. In order to smooth the transfer of rural labor force and improve the skills of migrant workers, vocational skills training is very important. Based on the basic status quo of migrant workers training in our country, this paper analyzes the significance of migrant workers’ vocational skills training and puts forward the strategies of strengthening vocational skills training for migrant workers.
