在Ni-Cr-Ti系合金中,加入一定量的铌后,其低中温屈服强度显著提高,热加工性能也有明显的改善,并具有较好的综合性能。为了弄清合金中铌的强化作用,对该合金进行了化学相分析和X射线衍射研究。用电解法从不同含铌量的钢样中提取阳极沉淀粉末,经X射线粉末照相,确定该合金中除γ基体外,还有如下析出相:γ′、MC、M_(23)C_6、M_7C_3、MN、M_5B_4、Y-(Ti_2CS)相。其中有序面心立方结构的γ′相是该合金的主要强化相。随合金中铌含量增加,γ′
