目的研究不同制剂二氧化氯含量测定方法,确定最佳测定方法。方法采用碘量法与维生素C方法对比试验,对各种影响测定的因素进行了观察。结果在常规碘量法测定值中,反应物体系中加水的量对二氧化氯总浓度测定值有较大影响,在一定范围内,加水量越少,反应中活化剂的浓度越高,二氧化氯的测定值就越高。测定时加酸会使低活化剂剂量组二氧化氯含量测定值明显提高;在高活化剂剂量组加酸对测定值影响不明显。改良碘量法就是在测定中控制水和酸的用量,通过调正配方中活化剂用量控制酸量。维生素C测定法与改良碘量法测定结果一致。结论改良碘量法测定方法准确、快速,能真实地反映产品的实质含量。
Objective To study the determination of chlorine dioxide in different preparations and to determine the best determination method.
