目的:控制输液不良反应发生率。方法:通过分析输液不良反应发生的直接诱因,人为因素,将全面质量控制和药学服务的理论有针对性地应用在输液不良反应发生的各个环节,采取不同的处理对策。结果:全面分析发生输液不良反应的各种原因,提出了相应的处理方法,并对药学服务在控制临床输液不良反应方面作出了有益的探索。结论:全面质量控制和药学服务在系统控制输液不良反应方面具有重要意义。
Objective: To control the incidence of adverse reactions in infusion. Methods: By analyzing the direct inducement and man-made factors of adverse reactions in infusion, the theory of total quality control and pharmacy service was applied in all aspects of adverse reactions of infusion, and different treatment strategies were taken. Results: A comprehensive analysis of the various causes of adverse reactions occurred, the corresponding treatment methods were put forward, and some beneficial exploration was made on the pharmacy services in controlling the adverse reactions of clinical infusion. Conclusion: Total quality control and pharmacy services are of great importance in the systematic control of adverse effects of infusion.
