阐述了高功率(20W)可见激光(0.532μm)扫描系统的研制方案。单椭圆柱聚光腔常用于小功率的激光系统中,在此基础上研究并实现了双椭圆柱聚光腔技术,大大提高了激光的输出功率。本文通过性能测试实验,对两种聚光腔技术的性能进行了比较。实验结果表明,使用了双椭圆聚光腔激光扫描系统的激光输出功率明显高于采用单椭圆柱聚光腔的系统。
The development of a high power (20W) visible laser (0.532μm) scanning system is described. Single elliptic column condenser cavity is often used in low-power laser system, on this basis, research and implementation of double elliptic column condenser cavity technology, greatly improving the laser output power. This article through the performance test experiment, the performance of the two kinds of condenser cavity are compared. The experimental results show that the laser output power of the double-elliptical converging cavity laser scanning system is obviously higher than that of the single elliptical condensing cavity.
