目的探讨中医治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法以我院2010年1月至2011年1月所收治的50例小儿肺炎患者为实验对象,对所有患儿使用中药泻肺化痰汤进行临床治疗,观察分析患儿治疗前后临床症状变化和临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,所有肺炎患儿全部治愈,无患儿死亡病例。讨论本次试验结果表明,中药泻肺化痰汤对于小儿肺炎有较为显著的临床治疗效果,能够有效缓解患者各项临床症状,因而具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods 50 cases of children with pneumonia admitted from January 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects. All children were treated with Xiefei Huatan Decoction for clinical treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. Clinical treatment effect. Results After treatment, all children with pneumonia were completely cured, without child deaths. Discussion The results of this trial showed that the traditional Chinese medicine Xiefei Huatan Decoction has significant clinical therapeutic effects on pediatric pneumonia and can effectively alleviate various clinical symptoms of patients and thus has a high clinical promotion and use value.
