为减小结构自重,T型加劲肋组合结构被广泛应用于航空、航海及质量敏感结构中。研究了T型加劲肋组合结构的过程诱发变形情况。采用有限元分析方法求解,结果表明:该变形可由角位移表示。采用试验和有限元方法进行参数化分析,研究了各参数对该变形的影响。研究表明:过程诱发变形随半径和粘结长度的增大而增大,随纤维体积分数的增大而减小。
In order to reduce the weight of the structure, T-type stiffened composite structure is widely used in aviation, navigation and quality-sensitive structures. The process induced deformation of the T-stiffener composite structure was studied. Finite element analysis method is used to solve the results. The results show that the deformation can be expressed by angular displacement. Parametric analysis is carried out by means of experiment and finite element method, and the influence of each parameter on the deformation is studied. The results show that the process induced deformation increases with the increase of radius and bond length, and decreases with the increase of fiber volume fraction.
