在阐述目前图书馆文献采编工作面临的各种客观环境条件变化的基础上,提出了新形势下图书馆文献采编工作应采取的措施和对策。
On the basis of expatiation on the changes of various objective environmental conditions that the library literature editing and editing currently faces, this paper puts forward the measures and countermeasures that should be taken in the library literature collection and editing under the new situation.
