以煤为原料合成乙二醇的原料气中不仅含有效组CO和H_2,还含有一定量的甲烷,对于大型合成乙二醇项目的CO和H_2分离装置常采用低温分离法,将CO和H_2分离以后,其余作为燃料,甲烷的利用率不高。为了提高甲烷的价值,在CO和H_2分离的同时考虑生产合格的液化天然气(LNG)。针对某原料气,开发了CO-H_2分离及LNG联产新工艺并利用HYSYS软件进行模拟计算,给出模拟结果。
The raw material gas containing ethylene as raw material not only contains effective CO and H 2, but also contains a certain amount of methane.
