在对既往免疫研究总结归纳与概念梳理的基础上,从企业与环境相互作用的实际分析中,提出企业存在免疫效能,即免疫系统的实际状态与理想状态的趋近程度。其中,企业的免疫实际状态受企业组织要素的影响,而企业的免疫理想状态由企业所处的生存环境和企业的战略选择共同决定。同时,从企业的组织适应性角度来探讨企业的生存环境、组织要素、战略选择与企业免疫效能的关系,通过对免疫效能的描述与论证,为战略管理及组织适应理论等探讨组织与环境的互动关系及维持企业生存与持续成长的相关研究提供一个新的视角,为中国企业的管理实践提供一定的借鉴与启示。
Based on the summary and conception of previous immunization studies, from the practical analysis of the interaction between enterprises and the environment, this paper proposed the existence of immune efficacy, that is, the approaching degree of the actual state and the ideal state of the immune system. Among them, the actual immune status of the enterprise is affected by the factors of the enterprise organization, and the ideal immune status of the enterprise is determined by the living environment in which the enterprise is located and the strategic choice of the enterprise. At the same time, this paper discusses the relationship between the enterprise’s living environment, organizational elements and strategic choices and the corporate immunity effectiveness from the perspective of organizational adaptability.
