对上海市区电网现状进行了分析,提出了建设智能电网的重要性和必要性。给出了上海市区建设智能电网的途径和目标,指出了实现上海城区智能电网建设目标的策略。从发、输、变、配、用和调度及通信信息平台等方面分析了上海市区智能电网发展建设中存在的机遇和面临的挑战。结合市区电网的特点指出了大都市密集电网建设智能电网的发展方向和前景。
The status quo of Shanghai’s power grid is analyzed, and the importance and necessity of building smart grid are put forward. The ways and objectives of constructing smart grid in Shanghai are given, and the strategies to realize the goal of smart grid construction in Shanghai are pointed out. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the development and construction of Shanghai smart grid from the aspects of sending, losing, changing, matching, using, scheduling and communication information platform. Combined with the characteristics of the urban power grid pointed out that the development of smart grid in metropolitan dense grid construction direction and prospects.
