膀胱内灌注丝裂霉素C致尿道狭窄四例报告

报告对40例膀胱移行细胞癌于手术治疗后以丝裂霉素C（MMC）行膀胱腔内化疗,直接经尿道灌药的10例病人中4例发生了尿道狭窄。讨论了MMC引起尿道狭窄的机理,并提出相应的预防措施。

Report of 40 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma in the surgical treatment of mitomycin C (MMC) underwent intravesical chemotherapy, transurethral direct infusion of 10 cases of urethral stricture occurred in 10 patients. The mechanism of urethral stricture caused by MMC was discussed and corresponding preventive measures were put forward.
