一、蚌埠圈堤概况及防洪目标 蚌埠圈堤是市区唯一防洪屏障,它东起曹山,北临淮河,西接老虎山,呈“U”字型环绕市区,全长12.6公里。1955年加固时,按照淮河甲种断面标准加高培厚,设计堤顶超1954年型洪水位2.5米,顶宽10米,内外坡1:3,内坡堤顶以下3米留平台宽2米,平台以下接1:5边坡接地。由于40多年来从未得到全面整治,加上管理不善,以致圈堤存在问题较多:
1. Overview of the dyke embankment and its flood control targets The levee embankment is the only flood barrier in the city. It runs from Cao Mountain in the east, to the Huaihe River in the north, and to Tiger Mountain in the west. The area is “U”-shaped and encompasses a total length of 12.6 kilometers. In the consolidation of 1955, according to the section of the Huaihe River, the height of the levee was designed to increase the thickness of the levee, and the flood height in the 1954 flood level was 2.5 meters, the top width was 10 meters, the inner slope and outer slope were 1:3, and the platform width was 2 meters below the top of the inner slope dyke.
