针对平地机在高温地区液压系统油温过高现象,通过平地机在高温环境下高速行驶和大负载铲土两种典型工况的液压系统热平衡试验,得到液压系统各点压力损失值与不同工况下热平衡温度。经过数据分析与热平衡计算,找到导致液压系统油温偏高的主要因素,以此为依据,从减少生热和增大散热两个方面进行改进。对改进后的液压系统进行热平衡测试,结果表明油温在设计范围之内,说明热平衡计算在液压系统设计中的重要性,对于液压系统的热平衡试验及计算具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the high oil temperature of hydraulic system of grader in high temperature area, the hydraulic system thermal equilibrium test of two typical working conditions of high speed environment and large load shovel of grader is carried out, Thermal equilibrium temperature. After data analysis and heat balance calculation, find the main factors that lead to high oil temperature in the hydraulic system. Based on this, we can make improvements from two aspects: reducing heat generation and increasing heat dissipation. The heat balance test of the improved hydraulic system shows that the oil temperature is within the design range, which shows the importance of heat balance calculation in the design of hydraulic system and has certain reference value for the heat balance test and calculation of hydraulic system.
