天津市科学技术委员会是主管全市科技工作的市政府组成部门。主任:陈超英一、主要职责: (一) 贯彻落实国家科技工作的方针、政策和法律、法规;组织制定本市科技发展战略、方针、政策;拟定地方性科技法规、规章,并组织实施。 (二) 组织编制本市科技发展中长期规划、年度计划;研究确定本市科技发展的布局和优先领域;研究分析科技促进经济、社会发展的重大问题;推动本市科技创新体系的建设。
Tianjin Science and Technology Commission is in charge of the city's science and technology work of the municipal government departments.
