1993年11月5日,国家无线电管理委员会发布了《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》,标志着我国无线电管理开始走上法制化、规范化、科学化的发展轨道。《条例》中强调:无线电频谱是国有资源,必须由国家依法管理。结合中学物理教学中无线电、电视等有关基础知识的讲授,适当地增强学生的资源意识,也属于国情教育的范畴。本文以较为常见的无线电视和有线电视为例,浅析对无线电频谱资源的利用情况,仅供参考。
On November 5, 1993, the State Radio Regulatory Commission promulgated the “Radio Regulations of the People’s Republic of China”, marking that China’s radio management began to embark on a legal, standardized and scientific track of development. The “Regulations” emphasize that the radio frequency spectrum is a state-owned resource and must be governed by the state according to law. Combined with the teaching of radio, television and other related basic knowledge in physics teaching in middle school, it is also a category of national conditions education to properly enhance students’ resource awareness. This article takes the more common TV and CATV as an example to analyze the utilization of radio spectrum resources for reference purposes only.
