I. INTRODUCTION The engineering structure design is calculated according to the bound state method. It is a relatively new and advanced design method. It can evaluate the carrying capacity and reliability of the structure more correctly than the allowable stress method or the destructive load method in the past. Now a variety of engineering structures such as masonry, concrete, reinforced concrete, steel, wood structure, and more refer to the Soviet Union “Building Regulations” by the limit state method of design.
