针对幼师专业学生入学的基础较差、喜欢舞蹈却害怕上舞蹈课、独立创编能力较差等问题,教师在教学中应积极创设各种有利条件,通过提高学生学习的兴趣、动机,适时地给学生鼓励和赞扬,增强学生的自信心等因素,以提高教学效果。
In view of the poor foundation for kindergarten majors, like dancing, they are afraid to dance lessons and have poor ability of independent creation. Teachers should actively create various favorable conditions in teaching. By improving the students’ interest and motivation, To encourage and praise students, and enhance students’ self-confidence and other factors in order to improve teaching effectiveness.
