周恩来同志为了争取民族的解放,祖国的统一、富强和人民的幸福,付出了毕生的精力。在民主革命时期,周恩来同志曾两次投身于国共合作的实践,为发展和壮大我党的统一战线,为中国人民革命的胜利,无论是在理论还是在实践方面都做出了杰出的贡献。我曾有幸在周恩来同志直接领导下做工作多年,深受教益。周恩来同志在统一战线方面留下的宝贵理论财富和优良传统与作风,是值得全党同志永远学习的。
In order to fight for the liberation of the nation and the unity, prosperity and happiness of the motherland of the motherland, Comrade Zhou Enlai paid his life’s energy. During the democratic revolution, Comrade Zhou Enlai twice devoted himself to the practice of the Kuomintang-Communist cooperation and made outstanding contributions to the development and expansion of our party’s united front and the victory of the Chinese people’s revolution both in theory and in practice. I had the privilege of working under the direct leadership of Comrade Zhou Enlai for many years and was deeply taught. The precious theoretical wealth and fine traditions and work style that Comrade Zhou Enlai has left behind in the united front are worthy of the comrade-in-office of the entire party to study for ever.
