目的:探讨膳食纤维干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者临床效果。方法:选取2012年4月至2014年4月我院收治的G D M患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者均分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者接受营养治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上进行膳食纤维干预。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后第4d空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖值。结果:两组患者治疗后第4d空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖均优于同组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后第4d空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:膳食纤维干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者临床疗效佳,值得推广。“,”objective: to study the clinical effect of dietary fiber intervention in patients with gestational diabetes. Conclusion: dietary fiber intervention in patients with gestational diabetes clinical curative effect, is worth promoting.
