新形势下医院保卫和综合治理工作应维护医疗秩序、消除管理隐患、应对违法活动等。新形势下医院保卫和综合治理工作面临的挑战是多种多样的,包括思想教育层面的挑战、机制建设层面的挑战、医患矛盾层面的挑战、文化建设层面的挑战。新形势下做好医院保卫与综合治理工作,需要做到:思想重视、行动自觉;借鉴同行、学习经验;防范优先、及时介入;群防群治、群力群策;文化建设、文化驱动。
Under the new situation, the hospital should safeguard the medical order, eliminate hidden dangers and deal with illegal activities. Under the new situation, the challenges faced by the hospital in defending and comprehensive governance include many aspects, such as ideological and educational levels, mechanism-building challenges, physician-patient conflicts and cultural development challenges. Do a good job in the hospital under the new situation of security and comprehensive management work, need to be done: ideological attention, conscious action; learn from peers, learning experience; prevent priority, timely intervention; prevention and treatment of mass group, group strategy; cultural construction, cultural drive.
