近一两年来,报纸上宣传发家致富的多了,讲艰苦奋斗少了;宣传追求“实惠”多了,讲共产主义理想少了。思想政治没有人去研究,政工干部队伍被改、减、裁,思想政治工作在一片“改造”声中被削弱了。面对思想政治工作难度很大的局面,不少人埋怨“大气候”不好,对抓好企业思想政治工作丧失了信心。我公司全体干部和广大职工通过开展讨论,得出了与悲观论调相反的结论,有的同志风趣地说,我们甘肃“大气候”是干旱少雨,植被稀少,但也出现了兴隆山那样郁郁葱葱、山青水秀的自然“小气候”;
