收益分配是虚拟企业发展形成的关键因素,合作剩余的公平分配是合作博弈成败的基础。本文运用收益分配模型与博弈论的相关方法,设计了基于旁支付的激励机制模型。研究结果表明,在旁支付激励机制下,成员企业的努力水平与虚拟企业期望总收益均得到了一定的提升,说明了该机制的有效性;随后,应用博弈论的分配理论与Nash讨价还价方法设计了利润分配模型,在满足个体理性与集体理性的条件下,将合作博弈产生的合作剩余进行了分配,得到了可行的分配方案。
Income distribution is the key factor for the development of virtual enterprise. The fair distribution of cooperation surplus is the basis of the success or failure of cooperation game. In this paper, the income distribution model and game theory-related methods, designed based on the next payment incentive model. The results show that under the incentive mechanism, the efforts of member enterprises and the expected total returns of virtual enterprises have been improved, which shows the effectiveness of the mechanism. Subsequently, the application of game theory and Nash bargaining method design Under the condition of satisfying the individual rationality and the collective rationality, the profit distribution model is used to allocate the cooperation surplus generated by the cooperative game and a feasible distribution plan is obtained.
