目的探讨清空分散片对小鼠偏头痛模型的作用。方法通过观察清空分散片对利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型的影响了解清空分散片对小鼠偏头痛模型的作用。结果清空分散片有明显对抗利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型的体重下降、提高模型小鼠鼠尾的光照痛域值,延长模型小鼠凝血时间,调节模型小鼠血清中五羟色胺过度降低的作用。结论清空分散片对利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型有治疗作用,为清空分散片在临床上治疗偏头痛提供了药效学实验依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of dispersing dispersible tablets on mouse migraine model. Methods By observing the effect of emptying dispersible tablet on reserpine-induced migraine model in mice, we investigated the effect of emptying dispersible tablet on migraine model in mice. Results Clear the dispersible tablets significantly antagonize reserpine-induced migraine model of weight loss, increase mouse model tail light photocoagulation, extend the clotting time of model mice, and regulate mouse serum serotonin over-reduced effect. Conclusion Clear the dispersible tablets of reserpine-induced migraine model has a therapeutic effect, for the clearance of dispersible tablets in the clinical treatment of migraine provides a pharmacodynamic experimental basis.
