97年4月至7月,我们对职工技能素质状况进行了抽样调查。本次调查采用随机抽样,在江南造船厂、上海建材设备厂等40家企业2000余名职工中进行,涉及经委、建委、交通、财贸、农委等所属20个区县局。调查采用了企业调查表、职工问卷和座谈会的方法。共发出企业调查表40份,职工问卷2015份,回收率100%。召开各种类型座谈会7次43人。40家企业分布在不同行业、不同经济类型,有不同效益、不同规模。企业调查内容有:技术工人来源、文化结构、年龄结构、收入情况;技术工人增减去向;企业的培训机构、培训计划、培
From April to July 1997, we conducted a sample survey on the quality of workers’ skills. The survey uses random sampling in Jiangnan Shipyard, Shanghai Building Materials Factory and other 40 companies in more than 2,000 workers, involving the Commission, Construction Committee, Transport, Finance and Trade, Agriculture Commission and other 20 districts and counties. The survey used methods of business questionnaires, employee questionnaires and symposiums. A total of 40 business surveys were issued, 2015 employee questionnaire, the recovery rate of 100%. Held various types of forum 7 times 43 people. 40 companies located in different industries, different types of economy, have different benefits, different sizes. The contents of the survey include: the source of skilled workers, cultural structure, age structure and income; the increase or decrease of skilled workers; the training institutions, training plans and training of enterprises
