本综述系统介绍了学龄前儿童(2-6岁)体力活动领域的相关研究。基于国民体育与体育教育协会(NAsPE)对学前儿童的体育运动指导原则进行测量,约半数儿童未达到身体锻炼建议的标准。仅有54%的参与者达到每日至少60分钟的身体活动水平。其中,男童比女童更多地参与体力活动。因此,一方面,需要在儿童中大力开展身体活动的有效干预;同时,鉴于标准化测量手段对于后续的比较研究与追踪研究十分重要,因而对于儿童体力活动的客观测量评估工具需进一步标化统一。
This review system systematically introduces the related research of preschool children (2-6 years old) in the field of physical activity. Based on the National Association of Physical Education and Sports Education (NAsPE) guidelines for preschool children’s physical education, about half do not meet the recommended standards for physical activity. Only 54% of participants achieved at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily. Among them, boys are more involved in physical activity than girls. Therefore, on the one hand, there is a need for effective interventions for physical activity in children. In the meantime, since standardized measurement measures are very important for the follow-up comparative study and follow-up study, objective measurement assessment tools for children’s physical activity need to be further standardized.
