2005年9月21~27日,新疆维吾尔自治区地方志系统第二轮修志人员培训班在乌鲁木齐举办。来自各地(州、市)县(市、区)的69名学员和《新疆通志》9个专业志编辑室的11名学员参加了学习。学员们系统学习了第一轮修志工作的经验与教训,第二轮修志工作应把握的几个问题,资料的收集整理
September 21 ~ September 2005, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Local Records System, the second round of training personnel training in Urumqi. 69 trainees from various counties (cities and prefectures) and 11 trainees of editing rooms of 9 volunteers from Xinjiang Tongzhi participated in the study.
