研究了苯甲酰胺和4NQO对蚕豆的细胞学效应。结果表明,4NQO处理后再经苯甲酰胺后处理,所诱发的蚕豆根尖染色体畸变率明显高于4NQO单独处理及4NQO和苯甲酰胺混合处理,表明苯甲酰胺对4NQO造成的DNA损伤有明显的抑制修复作用。
