目的观察叶酸治疗对合并高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症的冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样斑块稳定性的影响。方法选择2018年10月至2020年1月在郑州大学第一附属医院行冠状动脉造影(CAG)及血管内超声(IVUS)检查的合并高同型半胱氨酸血症的冠心病患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予冠心病标准治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服叶酸片每日5 mg。治疗后3个月及6个月复查两组患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平,治疗后6个月复查CAG及IVUS,比较两组粥样斑块的变化。结果治疗前两组Hcy水平
