原发性子宫平滑肌肉瘤的转移可能与很多因素有关。通过对1970～1992年间28例转移平滑肌肉瘤的资料复习与分析,认识肿瘤大小、有丝分裂活性、细胞形状、核不典型、坏死类型及肿瘤边缘有无浸润等病理特点与转移能力的关系。28例中17例最初诊断时已属晚期,其余11例于3个月～9年后发现转移。患者79％≥50岁,平均年龄51(20～84)岁。 肿瘤直径平均7.8(3～14)cm,22例(79％)>5cm。6例<5(3～4.9)cm者5例有丝分裂活性增强及细胞学不典型属于恶性。另1例Ⅰ级不典型,有边
The metastasis of primary uterine leiomyosarcoma may be related to many factors. Through reviewing and analyzing the data of 28 cases of metastatic leiomyosarcoma from 1970 to 1992, the relationship between the pathological features such as tumor size, mitosis activity, cell shape, nuclear atypia, necrosis type and the infiltration of tumor margin and metastasis was analyzed. Seventeen of the 28 patients were initially diagnosed, and the remaining 11 were found to metastasize after 3 months to 9 years. 79% of patients ≥ 50 years old, the average age of 51 (20 to 84) years old.
