“鲁保一号”菌剂的生产,目前有三种方法:一是发酵罐深层通气液体培养法,存在的问题是过滤、干燥困难,成本太高;二是发酵罐深层通气培养液体种子菌,接入固体培养基后入曲池进行厚层通风培养,由于培养料厚湿度大温度高适于杂菌繁殖,菌剂质量极差;三是土法生产,生产技术与设备都比较简陋,容易污染杂菌,雨季不能生产,产量与工效均低,成本高.为了解决这些问题,我们进行了生产技术的改进试验.试验方法均按常规方法,菌剂中孢子含量采用血球计数板显微镜计数法.
