2008年12月4日,中国科学技术部与国家广电总局签订了《国家高性能宽带信息息网暨中国下一代广播电视网自主创新合作协议书》(以下简称“协议”)。据了解,下一代广播电视网将用十年左右的时间建成,建成后将成为以“三网融合”为基本特征、满足现代数字媒体和信息服务等产业发展需求的新一代国家信息基础设施。但是,在数字化、信息化时代的今天,用长达十年时间建成下一代广播电视网,说明确实还面临着太多的难题需要破解。
On December 4, 2008, China Science and Technology Department and State Administration of Radio, Film and Television signed the Agreement on Independent Innovation of China’s High-Performance Broadband Information Network and China’s Next Generation Broadcasting Network (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). It is learned that the next generation of radio and television networks will be built in about 10 years and will become the next generation of the national information foundation that meets the development needs of modern digital media and information services industries with the basic features of “triple play” facility. However, in the age of digitization and informationization, building a next-generation radio and television network in a decade and a half shows that there are indeed too many problems that need to be solved.
