目的掌握福建省生产加工企业碘盐质量及碘盐食用情况,及时发现可能存在的问题,采取相应的干预措施。方法按照《福建省碘缺乏病监测实施细则》要求进行。结果生产加工企业批质量合格率100.00%,碘盐合格率99.6%,碘盐随机抽样监测居民户合格碘盐食用率为95.12%,但个别地区合格碘盐食用率仍低于90%,重点监测地区非碘盐冲击严重。结论省级水平上合格碘盐食用率已达到国家消除标准,但局部地区特别是重点监测地区还存在非碘盐冲击。
Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt and the consumption of iodized salt in production and processing enterprises in Fujian Province and find out the possible problems in time and take corresponding intervention measures. Methods in accordance with “Fujian Province iodine deficiency disorders monitoring implementation details” requirements. Results The qualified rate of batch production and processing enterprises was 100.00%, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 99.6%. The iodized salt was sampled randomly to monitor the eating rate of qualified iodine salt of household was 95.12%, but the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in some areas was still below 90% Non-iodized salt hit the area seriously. Conclusion The provincial level of qualified iodized salt consumption rate has reached the national elimination standards, but non-iodized salt impact exists in some areas, especially key monitoring areas.
