目的建立直接检测尿铅中铅含量的微分电位溶出法。方法利用微分电位溶出原理,一次性加入底液,尿样不经消化直接测定。结果该法最低检出浓度为2.0μg/L,有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997~0.9999,回收率96.8%~104.4%,相对标准偏差0.7%~1.3%。与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法差异无统计学意义。结论该法具有快速简便、回收率和灵敏度高、消耗试剂少和仪器价格适中等优点,适用于实验室测定尿铅的常规分析。
Objective To establish a differential potentiometric dissolution method for direct determination of lead in urine lead. Methods Differential potentiometric dissolution principle, a one-time added to the end of liquid, urine samples without direct determination of digestion. Results The lowest detection limit was 2.0 μg / L. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997 ~ 0.9999, the recovery was 96.8% -104.4% and the relative standard deviation was 0.7% ~ 1.3%. And graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The method has the advantages of fast and easy, high recovery and high sensitivity, low reagent consumption and moderate instrument price, which is suitable for the routine analysis of urine lead in laboratory.
