民间融资是一种基于民间信用关系的资金供求往来,是一种游离于国家金融体系之外的融资方式。随着我国国民经济的快速发展,湘西民间融资日益活跃,近年来衍生出一系列社会问题。本文从湘西民间融资形成的背景特点,来分析民间融资活跃的原因,对民间融资作了客观分析,并提出规范民间融资发展的对策建议,希望能对促进湘西地区的经济发展提供有利参考。
Private financing is a supply and demand of funds based on private credit relations, which is a kind of financing method that is free from the national financial system. With the rapid development of our country’s national economy, folk financing in western Hunan is becoming more and more active. In recent years, a series of social problems have emerged. Based on the background characteristics of the formation of private financing in western Hunan, this paper analyzes the reasons why the private financing is active, makes an objective analysis of the private financing, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to regulate the development of the private financing in the hope of providing favorable reference for promoting the economic development in western Hunan.
