目的观察四种常用消毒剂对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法,对碘伏等四种消毒剂杀灭目标细菌的效果进行了实验观察。结果用含有效碘125 mg/L的聚维酮碘消毒液、含体积分数50%的乙醇溶液、含2 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定的消毒液、50 mg/L季铵盐的消毒液对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌作用1.0 min,杀灭对数值均≥5.00。除乙醇之外,杀灭鲍曼不动杆菌标准株所需消毒剂浓度均低于临床分离菌株。结论除乙醇之外,另外三种常用消毒剂杀灭临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌所需浓度比标准株更高,提示临床分离菌株可能产生了耐受性。
Objective To observe the killing effect of four commonly used disinfectants on Acinetobacter baumannii clinically isolated. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the effect of four disinfectants, such as iodophor, to kill target bacteria. Results Povidone iodine disinfection solution containing 125 mg / L of effective iodine, 50% ethanol solution, disinfectant containing 2 000 mg / L chlorhexidine acetate and disinfectant solution containing 50 mg / L quaternary ammonium salt Acinetobacter baumannii clinically isolated role 1.0 min, kill the logarithmic value ≥ 5.00. Except for ethanol, the concentration of disinfectant required to kill Acinetobacter baumannii standard strains was lower than that of clinical isolates. Conclusion In addition to ethanol, the three other commonly used disinfectants to kill clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii concentrations required higher than the standard strain, suggesting that clinical isolates may have been tolerated.
