玉米中的赤霉病脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(Deoxghiralenol简称DON)是由于镰刀菌的侵染繁殖而存留的有毒代谢物,主要污染玉米、小麦。人畜食用了被DON污染的粮食,即发生急性食物中毒。主要症状为:胃部不适、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、头痛、乏力等。卫生部食检所在1979～1981年间曾对全国二十五个省、市、自治区不含广西的主要农作物玉米、小麦进行了DON污染情况的调查工作。调查结果除了新疆外其余省、市、自治区均发现DON的普遍存在。广西的玉林、平果、横县、凤山、隆安等地,曾于
