医院中层干部是医院人才最集中的层面,他们既是中层的管理者又是各学科的带头人。因此,建设一支高素质的中层干部队伍是医院生存与发展的关键一环。1998年我院有16个科室23名具有高级职称的科主任相继退休离职,我们新选拔任命了20名优秀中青年医生充实到科主任岗位上来。我们从以下5个方面来提高科主任队伍的素质。 1 重学习,讲政治,坚定中层干部正确的政治方向 在改革和现代化建设的历史条件下,在医疗制度和医院体制改革的新形势下,坚定正确的政治方向,就是要坚持社会主义的办院方向,坚持全心全意为病人服务的宗旨,坚持救死扶伤的人道主义原则。我院有计划有组织地对中层于部进行培训,一是以会带训的形式,坚持常抓不懈,利用每周院务会,由党委书记、院长根据不同情况,有目的、有针对性地讲课;二是由党委主持举办中层干部
Middle-level cadres of hospitals are the most concentrated level of talents in hospitals. They are both middle-level managers and leaders of various disciplines.
