糖尿病是临床上常见的慢性病,其发病率居世界首位,并发症的发生率较高,致死致残率较高,有效地控制血糖有利于减少或延缓急、慢性并发症的发生和发展。有研究显示,糖尿病在降糖治疗期间,尤其是强化治疗期间,如血糖恢复正常范围也会增加低血糖的风险~([1])本文就低血糖发生的原因及干预措施做一综述。
Diabetes mellitus is a common clinical chronic disease, its incidence ranks first in the world, the incidence of complications is high, resulting in higher morbidity and mortality, effective control of blood glucose is conducive to reduce or delay the occurrence and development of acute and chronic complications. Studies have shown that during the hypoglycemic treatment of diabetes, especially during intensive treatment, such as the normal range of blood glucose recovery will increase the risk of hypoglycemia ([1]) This article reviews the causes of hypoglycemia and interventions are reviewed.
