目的:探讨脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因rs283多态位点与运动干预肥胖青少年体成分及糖脂代谢效果的关联性。方法:对53名(男27名,女26名)年龄为16.55±2.87岁、BMI为34.02±3.89 kg/m2的汉族肥胖青少年进行为期4周的封闭式中等强度有氧训练,测试训练前后体成分和糖脂代谢指标,用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片断长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)对LPL基因rs283位点进行基因分型,并与减肥效果进行关联性分析。结果:运动引起的指标变化率,GG基因型肥胖青少年Δ体脂百分数为3.37±1.60,显著高于GA基因型肥胖青少年(2.09±1.53,P<0.01);Δlg HOMA-IR为0.52±0.13,显著高于GA基因型肥胖青少年(0.44±0.10,P<0.05);ΔTG为51.91±6.56,显著高于GA基因型肥胖青少年(47.06±5.36,P<0.01)。结论:本研究汉族肥胖青少年中rs283纯合子GG型肥胖青少年对运动减肥更为敏感。该位点基因多态性可能影响肥胖青少年运动减肥的效果。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the rs283 polymorphism of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene and body composition and glucose and lipid metabolism in obese adolescents. Methods: A total of 53 obese adolescents aged 27.55 ± 2.87 years with a mean BMI of 34.02 ± 3.89 kg / m2 were enrolled in this study. Composition and glycometabolism, and genotyped the rs283 locus of LPL gene by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), and analyzed the association with weight loss. Results: The percentage of body fat induced by exercise was 3.37 ± 1.60, significantly higher than that of GA-type obese adolescents (2.09 ± 1.53, P <0.01), Δlg HOMA-IR was 0.52 ± 0.13, (0.44 ± 0.10, P <0.05), ΔTG was 51.91 ± 6.56, which was significantly higher than that of GA-obese adolescents (47.06 ± 5.36, P <0.01). Conclusion: The rs283 homozygous GG obese adolescents in obese adolescents in this study are more sensitive to exercise to lose weight. The polymorphism of the locus may affect the effect of obesity and adolescent exercise to lose weight.
