从特定的基因组区域中寻找基因是基因组研究的一个重要方面。早期寻找基因的方法主要为筛选cDNA库、鉴定保守序列及Northern杂交等方法。近年来,一些新方法相继出现。本文对这些方法作一综述。
Finding genes from specific genomic regions is an important aspect of genome research. Early search for genes mainly for screening cDNA libraries, identification of conserved sequences and Northern hybridization methods. In recent years, some new methods have emerged. This article reviews these methods.
