基于上海环球金融中心顶部(494m)采集到的台风“灿鸿”风速数据,对平均风速、湍流强度、阵风因子和峰值因子进行了分析.用广义风速谱拟合的方法计算湍流积分尺度,运用拟合参数将风速谱与Von Karman谱进行对比.研究结果表明:10min最大平均风速与1h平均风速,3s最大平均风速与10min平均风速均有较好的线性关系;顺风向和横风向阵风因子与湍流强度之间都满足线性关系;顺风向和横风向湍流积分尺度随10min平均风速的增加而增加;本次实测得到的风速谱与Von Karman谱有一定差距.
The average wind speed, turbulence intensity, gust factor and crest factor were analyzed based on the typhoon “Can Hong ” wind speed data collected at the top of Shanghai World Financial Center (494m) .The turbulence integral scale was calculated by the generalized wind speed spectrum fitting , The wind speed spectrum was compared with the Von Karman spectrum by using fitting parameters.The results show that the maximum average wind speed at 10 minutes and the average wind speed at 1 hour and the maximum average wind speed at 3 seconds have a good linear relationship with the average wind speed at 10 minutes, Both the factor and the turbulence intensity satisfy the linear relationship. The integral scale of turbulence in the downwind and crosswind directions increases with the increase of average wind speed at 10min. There is a certain gap between this measured wind speed spectrum and the Von Karman spectrum.
